Dell cambiará las baterías de sus computadoras portátiles vendidas

Todas las computadoras portátiles que Dell ha vendido desde abril del 2004, se verán beneficiadas con un reemplazo de sus baterías recargables.

Un aproximado de 4.1 millones de baterías, será el reemplazo que una de las empresas más grandes en fabricación de computadoras, debido a un fallo en las mismas que fueron fabricadas por Sony.

Algunos modelos que están en la lista para los reemplazos son: Latitude, Inspiron, Precision y XPS, de las cuales una cuarta parte fueron vendidas alrededor del mundo y el resto vendidas en Estados Unidos.

Dell ya ha lanzado un comunicado oficial el cual esta poniendo en marcha para el reemplazo en diferentes lados del mundo. En este sitio muestra todos los detalles para saber si la computadora se encuentra dañada por este fallo de fabricación.

    Solo un pequeño comentario en los modelos, donde aparece “”XTS”" debiera ser “”XPS”".
    Vayan a la pagina del comunicado y vean si su bateria fue afectada, llenen el formulario y esperen a ser contactados.
    Apresurense a pedir pues toma 20 dias aproximadamente el reclamo…
